Q: What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 4pm to 9pm .
* For check-in after 9pm, please call the front desk by 9pm.
Q: Is it possible to leave my luggage before check-in?
You can store your luggage at the front desk.
We do not store valuables. Please ask at the front desk.
Please note that you cannot park your car until check-in time.

Q: Is it okay if I send my luggage to the hotel before check-in?
After completing your reservation, please send it to the address below and we will deliver it to you until your arrival.

Q: Can I sleep with my child?
Infants and toddlers can share a bed free of charge.
For children, the futon fee is 2,500 yen per person (excluding tax).

We may offer your room to other guests without prior notice.

Q: Can I wait for cancellations?
We do not accept waiting lists for cancellations, but please note that rooms may become available.

There is a convenience store just a minute's walk from the hotel.

Especially for sports training camps, large buses can be parked for free.

Q: Can you tell me about the parking lot?
Our hotel offers free parking for guests staying overnight.
The time of use is limited to the period between check-in and check-out.
The parking lot is not available at any other times.
Please be aware of this in advance.
* There is a height limit due to the ceiling height of the parking lot. Maximum height is 2m .
The hotel only has 5 parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. After that, please use the designated parking lot nearby.
In this case, we will still let you use the parking lot free of charge.
When you arrive on the day, we will provide you with more details at the front desk.
However, the number of nights you stay (from check-in to check-out)
